LaserSoft Imaging

I have just installed Panther On a scanning station...CANNOT FIND SCANNER this is a known problem with scsi cards. I learned the hard way ...after the fact. Question is if Apple or scsi manufacturer does not fix this problem are we ever going to get FireWire support for the Linoscan 2650?

This is a very expensive scanner... and if I am not mistaken are you not the only software company left that still supports this scanner?

Your president said back in April that FireWire would be supported.

The scanner is only 3 -4 years old.

Please help

I too have a 2650 and after MONTHS of asking, my advice to you is.... Don't hold your breath waiting.... I was told I can get a refund.
