Hallo there
Can anybody tell me, why i can not open a jpeg file scanne by silverfast. Photoshop, preview nor Indesign do open them. What am i doing wrong?

Possibly, you have saved the JPEG file in raw format (48 bit). SilverFast can save these files and open them again. As far as I know, no other application supports 48 bit jpeg images.

It's a silly limitation with SilverFast.

SilverFast only recognises 3-letter extensions. It will open myFile.jpg but not myFile.jpeg. :oops:
