help required

Would be great,if either the lasersoft support (which I mailed to) or any moderator of this forum gave me an answer to the problems,that I posted below.

Come on lasersoft,
you really released a great software with SF 6,but please give me an answer to my questions.I just installed the german version of SF 6 for my Microtek 4000TF,but still cannot choose any profiles for "gray" in the CMS dialog (besides "none")
