I just bought a new computer to replace my old XP one. It's running Vista. It appears from your downloads page that my current SilverFast version (Ai IT8 version 6.4.5r4b) only works in XP. The replacement product, SilverFast SE Version 6.5, says Windows Vista is a "Not Supported Operating System" for my scanner.

So does that mean then end of my SilverFast days?

Dear jhandy,

you may well download a demo of SilverFast and try with your scanner on your Vista computer to check the functionality.
You can later on decide if you would like to buy or not.
