LaserSoft Imaging

Hi all,

I've been trying to find the latest firmware for my 120tf for download to no avail. Websites http://www.microtekusa.com and [url]support.microtek.com[/url] have both been unavailable in the last week or so (at least to me) and I've otherwise had no luck finding the software I need.

Can anyone assist me please?

Hi David,
I had a similar support problem recently.

Try to connect to ftp.microtec.com on port 21 as anonymous user, start directory /microtek/. You will find the folder pcfiles and therein the file fw_v1_60_as_120tf_xp.exe :) My scanner has v1.70 and I heard of v 1.80 on this forum.

I had been asking David Lee (David.Lee[at]microtek.com.tw) for some help recently and got an answer within two days.

Did anybody else on this forum locate newer firmware installers?

many thanks for your response. I have since discovered that I do actually have the current firmware and so can avoid the ~scary~ process of an update!
