LaserSoft Imaging

Hello there, i?m from brazil and my 120tf is really wierdo!

when scanning any kind of positive or negative, The overview images are fine, but when I try to preview them or scan, the images are all black (in case of positives) and all white (negatives).

I?ve tried everything...

Does anyone here has an idea what?s going on here??
