LaserSoft Imaging

The glass holder and the imaging hardware are long enough to scan a 6X18, but in the latest silverfast 6, downloaded yesterday the max scan size is only 6X9? Why even make a glass holder that long. Any suggestions for a fuji panocamera?

That question might best be answered by Microtek. I know my previous Epson scanner was limited, but the new one is able to scan larger transparencies.
