Microtek 4000t How does one get a reply from support?

I cannot get support reply. has anyone got an answer to there question?

Dear Gordon.
When did you contact the support and how did you contact them? It will normally take a few days to get a response from the response.
Please tell me the exact day and title of your email and I will find out, why they didn?t answer.

Dear Gordon.
Our support team told me, that they currently are having propblems with our postbox. They are getting hundreds of spam mails every day. I do not hope that your request got lost.
Anyway, I forwarded your post "Microtek 4000t and SilverFast. Help Please!" to the support.
