After getting message about new update available for download, I clicked ok. --nothing-- Went to website-- but on udate page I was unable to enter scanner type and operating system because boxes were grayed out. Have you gone through update process? Contacting you any other way than forum site was not possible.

Please try resetting the download page and enter your serial and e-mail again.
