Cannot embed ProPhoto RGB in SilverFast Ai "8"

In SilverFast 6.xx I can have my color working space, ProPhoto RGB.

Please make sure you are using SilverFast
Ai Studio and that you have the ProPhoto.icc profile installed on your system.
The ProPhoto color space is not automatically included in your operating system.

I finally figured it out. SilverFast 8, preferences, from upper left corner, chose CMS, and do not put in change any setting except Adobe is changed to ProPhoto RGB
I thank you for your assistance and response.
I do have another question: What is the procedure to clear off the image file on the monitor? In 6.6.2 there is a button that just does it.

Normally the preview is cleared when doing a new one.
It can not be set to be completely empty.

Hello Arne.
I have been having a heck of a time keeping previous version from hanging or quiting.
So far version 8.0.1r5 of SilverFast Ai Studio, does not quit or hang. So far. good!
I know you did not need to know this.
