Simple question: How to delete a frame in SF 8 SE+

Please help: I'm simply trying to delete one frame at a time in the SF8 SE+ Preview window. Cntl - D, as one commenter suggested in another thread, appears to ADD a new frame! Some mention a trash can, but I can't see any on my interface. Also, in the Frame menu, the options are grayed-out-- and Cntrl-Backspace does nothing.
BTW, I'm assuming that defining multiple frames will cause separate scans (and files) for each frame. This is my objective.
Note: I'm using the trial version of the software.
Thx.

I have the same question. I am using SilverFast 8.0.x. on a Mac Pro OSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). I see nothing in any of the drop down menus in the application allowing the complete deletion of the scanned image/preview. I have attempted to do it via the Frame->Delete Active and Frame->Delete All. Neither works. I have tried the keyboard commands as well, but these do not work. I have closed and reopened the application, but the scanned image persists. It is not the frame I wish to alter/remove, it is the entire scanned image I wish to delete. How is this done?
Das antwort auf English, bitte sehr.
Danke.

I think I found a solution. I closed and then reopened the Workflow Pilot, and the image was gone with the Pilot both on and off.
