Framing in SF8

I'm using a V700 with the 35mm slide holder. After I perform a pre-scan, I need to adjust each frame before performing the batch scan. Doing so requires clicking on the frame to select it first before making an adjustment. However, everytime when I click on a frame, SF8 immediately jumps to 100% view mode for the frame and automatically starts scanning requiring me to have to cancel the scan, click to reduce the view, and then make my adjustment. This process flow is extremely time consuming and very frustrating. Is there some way/setting so I can make the frame adjustments without SF automatically scanning?

Please make sure you do not have the 1:1 Preview active if you do not want SilverFast to automatically zoom into a scan-frame.

The 1:1 Preview is for example used for scratch and dust removal, de-screening, USM, etc.
If 1:! Preview is active and one of these options is selected Silverfast will automatically zoom into the image.
You can activate the normal preview in any of these tools and that will no longer happen.
