LaserSoft Imaging

Hello.

I have a Plustek Scanner which came with Silverfast SE. My question is simply, why are all the options greyed out? I can scan, but the scans are really pretty poor as I'm unable to adjust anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s.: Here is what I get:

Dear fingerpuk,

Please make sure you are not set to 16,48 or 64bit HDR mode.
Those are raw image formats which disable all image manipulation functions.
