I just installed the above version of Silverfast on my PC running Windows XP, Service Pack 3. When the application is started, I get a welcome screen with several options at the botton is a command "Continue to Silverfast". When this button is pushed, an Apple Quicktime movie--in German--comes up and runs for less than a minute. discontinuing the movie or exiting Quicktime then causes the Silverfast Program to become Non-Responsive and nothing can be done except to end it. Is this a common problem on a new installation and is there a cure. I can use the help. Thank you.

Dear gdore,

You can download the correct movies in your language from our websites update service.
Below the update you will also find a movie installer.
Only make sure the correct language is selected.
You can change the language in the first screen which comes up after entering your serial/e-mail combo.

Also make sure you are using the latest Quicktime version.
