EPSON PERFECTION V30 - SILVERFAST Cannot send SET WINDOW

SOFTWARE : SILVERFAST AI 6.6.1r4a ( http://www.silverfast.com/download/sf65 ... 1r4a(Epson).exe trial mode)

After scan button pressed , it responds " Cannot send command Set Window "

Dear Mr. Wallace,

please make sure the calibration area of your scanner is not blocked.
(the first few cm of the glasplates from the hinges)
This is most often the reason for this problem.

I have just found out its about scanner misdetected as GT-S620 (upper left corner of preview window)......so , the question is - how to make EPSON PERFECTION V30 DETECTED AS Perfection V30 , not as GT-S620.....i guess you need to add OFFICIAL V30 support to SILVERFAST AI and NUGAFIX.........Is that possible to pass by this message to SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ?

Dear Mr. Wallace,

no that is not the problem.
GT-S620 is the internal name for your scanner and the name used in asia.
V30 is the name used for the European and American market.

Hi Arne,

So according to you website , you do not support V30 at all. You do support V300 PHOTO but not a V30......is there any link you could provide where i can find that SILVERFAST support V30 ?

IT CLEARLY STATES : EPSON PERFECTION V300.....thats it...........no V30.......why havent you written V300 internal name ?!
