According to the description of Silverfast AI on your web site, multi-sampling is supported. Is this correct, or do I need to upgrade to AI Studio for this feature? If it is supported in AI, is there something I need to do to activate it? I have a Plustek 7200i scanner, which (again, according to info on your web site) should support both multi-sampling and multi-exposure.

Dear Jim,

SilverFast Ai does have Multi-Sampling by default, you do not need to purchase any upgrade, you just have to activate the Multi-Sampling button located at the left side of the preview window (see attachment), you will see how the number changes accordingly 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and back to 1.
