I'm posting to this forum and my posts are not showing up. Are you censoring posts?

Dear SilverFast users,
Due to the infringement of the rules of this forum all postings are subject to approval by the forum moderators.
Since our moderators are not permanently checking the postings we appreciate your patience until your postings are read and answered.
The main reason for this proceeding is that the forum has been used for personal support requests which can not be properly attended and handled by the moderators or other forum participants. Apart from being used as a personal support source the forum has been abused by postings making publicity to other software or websites which do not have anything to do with SilverFast or general imaging topics and last but not least people publishing serial numbers and illegal information on how to crack the software, etc etc.
If you have a problem with SilverFast it is suggested to use the support assistant located at:

90 % of the cases can be solved with this, if you do not find any helpful answer after going though the assistant you will fnd a form which will open a support request ticket which will be properly attended by our support staff.
We apologize if this might cause any inconvenients and appreciate your understanding for this measures due to the reasons exposed above.
