LaserSoft Imaging

I received an email stating my software was registered but when I try to download updates I'm told my serial number in invalid. My version is SF AI Studio ver: 6.5.5r1. In addition there seems to be no way to contact a representative by email outside of this forum-is this correct?

Enter your serial number an other data and they will check what goes wrong.
