LaserSoft Imaging

Hi!

I have 2 scanners - epson 4870 and epson 1640. I never had any troubles scanning negatives and slides, but now both of them are not showing the transparency/ reflective window at all.. so I can not select the transparency. I tried on the other pc - no luck. Have no idea what to do. Please help with advise.

Please check, if the TPU (transparency unit) is plugged in. If SilverFast couldn't regonize the TPU, the switch between transparency and reflective mode is not available.
