When asking khenke to relax, I was referring to the implication of dishonesty and I will repeat that statement anytime. We don´t want to read any unnecessary implications of dishonesty in this forum no matter what. Especially not when we are discussing problems that don`t exist.
You are trying hard to defer any "dishonest" comments back on me, yet in the statement above, you all but call me dishonest. What are you talking about regarding "problems that don't exist?" They do exist with my Plustek scanner and SE Plus. I am not sure who you are trying to convince. The readers of this forum know what is going on here.
As stated by JO TO, you need to improve your customer service. Instead of being defensive about problems regarding your software, maybe you should actually consider them to improve you customer service image. All I have asked is to be responsive and respectful of the customers that keep you in business.
