Hi!
I am a new user of Plustek 7200i and SilverFastAi 6.5.0r6. And the IT8 is not functioning. The barcode of the target could not be read. The reference data not available. SilverFast does NOT accept my reference file.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there have been changes to the Auto IT8 calibration feature well after the employed version 6.5.0r6.
Thus, let me suggest you want to download and install the latest update release of your version of SilverFast from our website. You might experience that this already does solve your problem.

If not, please note that you can switch to semi-automatic mode by disabling
> Options > Auto > Auto IT8.
