Silverfast Ai Studio 6.5 and multiscan problems

i've upgraded from Ai studio 6 to studio 6.5, all works well (4990 pro on dual g5) but the multiscan setting gives me super exaggerated colors and contrast that don't show in the preview at all. if i turn it off the result is fine.

it didn't work from the start. the preview came up as in the previous AI studio version, corrections look normal but scan only comes out ok when the multiscan setting is off. the switch is simple on/off so i can't even find settings for that function to try to adjust.

uninstalled and reloaded, deleted preferences, same result ...

no help from silverfast after a week of asking .... except for them to ask me to post here which hasn't been fruitful

so i've completely deleted and reinstalled silverfast as well as photoshop and now i get exactly the same results

Dear asfberg,

by multisampling do you mean Multi-Exposure?
Please send me a small sample image (with and without Multi-Exposure) to my private message account so that I can have a look at it.

yes, i mean multi-exposure

i have sent images to many people at lasersoft and they are clueless

this is one of the ticket numbers, they will have copies of scans i've sent

unfortunately 6.5 crashed my os twice now and i've had to reinstall the os a few times and have lost many of the scan samples i had. i don't see how to incluse samples here - if you give me your email i can send that way
