LaserSoft Imaging

If I use the Standard, Basic, or Scan Pilot the prescan works in 6.5 SE for me. All of the other Prescans (Dust & Cratch Removal, Sharpen) I get the 'Program Not Responding' message. Does anyone have any ideas?
