PROBLEMS WITH PrinTAO help page needed

At the end of my rope...bought the stand-alone printao, Windows XP, printer Epson Stylus Photo 2200. Figured out how to preserve my colors using NO ICC in PT, and profile for paper in the printer. Prints beautifully as long as I use only 8.5 x 11 paper.
Switch: 13 inch roll paper. The print preview works BEAUTIFULLY to layout my photos on a 13 x 20 user defined size.
NOW:
hit print, system cycles the photos to print Que, the paper advances, cuts off a one and one quarter inch piece of EXPENSIVE paper, and rolls out the 20 inch length I had specified, and then everything disappears from the print que, and I'm done. If anyone needs about a hundred inch and a quarter pieces of Epson semi-gloss paper let me know. No printing no nothing. Have tried to modify all settings to no avail. Have plenty of RAM, but am getting nowhere fast. Have about a hundred Restored photos promised yesterday and think I will have to print them out one at a time with letter size paper at a great waste of paper. Forgive me for not posting a smile face.
