LaserSoft Imaging

I already opened a ticket for that a couple of weeks ago, but so far got no answers yet. So I want to ask if anybody else encountered the same problems.

Starting with 6.4.3r9 the results for iSRD are unacceptable (at least for batch scanning when you want to process several thousands of slides). The results with r8 were ok.

r9 also changed the scaling for iSRD manual mode.

Anyone with the same experience?

you're probably talking about ticket 2006042601045 which had been opened on April, 26th and answered on the 27th. Afterwards it has been tranferred for a closer look into the LSI testing center.
While it is waiting for a detailed examination by test center staff, SilverFast support staff won't necessarily be able to see follow-up requests. That's why I wrote that I am going to going you when I have a final testing report. Thanks for your kind understanding and patience so far :)
