ScanPilot Locks Program

Hi,
I recently purchased SilverFast SE Plus. It installed fine and everything seems to work, but when I press the ScanPilot button the entire program begins flashing rapidly (like a screen rewrite?) and becomes unresponsive. Running Windows XP Home with AMD Athlon XP 2200+ CPU and 512 MB RAM.

I guess we want to examine this more closely. I suggest you want to download and install the latest update release of your version of SilverFast from our website. You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
