My Scanner is a Canon 9950F. Scan software is SF AI IT8 Studio (really great). But having little (or bigger?) problems with the IT8 calibration I mailed to the support for help on the 1st of August [Ticket: 2005080101765]. Now my question: how long will it normally last for getting a reply from the LS-support (or is there any other problem)?
