LaserSoft Imaging

I have not been able to get the launcher to run. It comes up and dies immediatly. I don't click on anything.
According Visual Studio the error is:
Unhandled exception at 0x01233b1f in SF Launcher.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000.

While I have no knowledge of assembler I can try to get you any other info you require.
Machine is P$ 2.53G
1G RamBus memory
Windows XP-Pro-SP1
It didn't work when I instlled it a while ago and I just installed the latest version when I installed the Minolta 5400 software.

Please advise.

Are using any Viruskiller or any other Software running in the background ?

Is this your first installation ? Have you tried to remove your old Installations manually or using the windows console for software ?

Have ever cleaned your registry with a registry tool ?
