LaserSoft Imaging

I am trying to scan some Kodak Potra 400VC and Gold 100 negatives on my Polaroid SS 4000 scanner and EVERYTHING has a blue cast to it. What setting have I goofed up that would cause this? If I scan in PolaColor Insight everything looks good!

Does your scan frame include white areas outside the image area ? If yes, the orange mask is not properly removed ; so, try again with a smaller frame fully contained in the picture or adjust manually the thresholds in the NegaFix expert dialog under the "Expansion" panel.

If it does not help, it could be a NegaFix or a scanner profile problem ; please contact our support team.
