LaserSoft Imaging

I am using SE6r44 + Photoshop 7 for Epson 3200 and when I select more than one mask for SRD then SE6 crashes after the scan when it tries to do SRD. Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong or is this a known bug in SE6 ? Also is the same bug in AI ?

I've contacted Silverfast support about this two weeks ago and so far got no reply.

If an application or plugin crashes there IS a bug. I don't use the 3200 so have no way of telling you what the problem is but other versions of SilverFast have had similar problems with SRD. As for Ai being the same all I can suggest is that you download the demo version and check if it works or not.
