LaserSoft Imaging

We have a problem with our Silverfast 6 on a Macos X. Scanning is ok, but when we want to change the skale% from e.g. 100% to 150% the system does not react and we have allways 100%. What can we do ?

Dear Hardeck -
At the right site of the scale you will find a chain. In the case the chain is closed, you cannot change the scale Click on the chain and it will be open. Now you can change the scale.
