LaserSoft Imaging

I am new to this forum, can you help
I am trying to reach calibrate using the IT8 button
All goes well untill I overite the file and then get message
Error: can't activate ICC Profile
Am I doing something basically wrong
Have tried turning off security programme but I'm not getting anywhere.

Dear Rob

Please make sure you are either logged in as an administrator or running SilverFast in administrator mode.
Access to the system's color-management folder requires administrator privileges.
