HDR(64bit) 8.8.0r8: Win10:
I noticed the "Installed on Date" in the "Program and Features" is
always getting updated to the current date,
even when I never fired the product up.

Is this normal behavior?

Dear user,

No that is not normal behavior.
It does not do that on our testing systems. There apps and features always shows the actual installation date.
Also this is handled by Windows itself so I assume this is a glitch in the operating system rather then the installation itself.
