How to batch scan with SilverFast SE

All the read me docs etc are for the Ai version of the software. I need to batch scan slides with the SE version, how do I do that? Where can I find instructions? Is there a customer service number? I can't seem to find one.

Dear user,
Most of the docs are for all version. They mention which features are only available in advanced versions.
The
SE does not have advanced batch capabilities. If you have a flatbed scanner you can execute the batch scan from the Image menu or by holding the scan button for a second.
