LaserSoft Imaging

Hi, My name is Julián, I'm from Argentina.
Recently I have discover I can't save images in Batch Mode. When I click in Save button (Guardar in Spanish) it does nothing.
I mean, it simply does not start to scan, like if doesn't want to scan, and the "Save as" window, still waiting like for a click in the Save button.
When I scan in single mode, there is no problem.
Somebody have any idea?

Which operating system are you using?

Have you tried scanning into a different folder?
Please try the Desktop for a test.

Make sure the scanner has not gone into power saving mode.
