LaserSoft Imaging

I've just upgraded from Ailverfast SE to Silverfast AiStudio 8.8.0r6 Build number 17471.
I use the Epson Perfection V800 Photo.
When I open Frame I get Find Frames -> All frames.
However I do not get 35mm or any other setting and therefore I cannot select all the frame in a b&w negative strip.
I upgraded thinking this would solve my problem, but it hasn't.

please advise.

Dear user,

Please make sure you have switched to transparency first.
The film-holder base find frames options are not available in reflective mode.
