Just updated to the latest version 8.8.0r5

When zooming in from 4% to 35%, the scanner is re-previewing that slide, rather than just enlarging it - I have the prescan quality set at 8x, so I get good quality and the scanner keeps re-scanning the frame when zooming in.

Is there a checkbox that has been changed or something different in the software?

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear user,

No there is no checkbox and we did not change anything regarding this. Normally SilverFast rescans when an image is not yet available in the required resolution.
