May i know how to fix this problem?

Dear customer,

those are temporary file additions.
They sometimes can not be deleted when the folder is opened during scanning because the Windows thumbnail generation locks them.
Make sure you are using the latest SilverFast update and keep the folder closed while scanning into it.
you can just delete the four digits from the file name and it will be detected as a regular jpg file.
