How do I remove the white sheet and start again ?

you have to do a pre-scan.

It is when I do a pre-scan (or Scan) I get the message ' Remove White Sheet and Start Again ' ..... how do I remove the White Sheet ?

Dear customer,
This refers to the white protection cover in the lid.
It covers the transparency unit.
If this does not help please tell me which scanner you are using.
