Planning to calibrate my V750 Epson. Primarily using Silverfast for large format color negatives. Which target should I get or does it matter. Was thinking the Reflective Kodak or Fuji surface made the most sense. Please advise.

Dear customer,

You require separate targets for transparency and reflective scanning.
Larger targets allow easier handling and the larger calibration fields make the target more resistant.

The material on which the target is produced does not matter.
The only exception here are Kodachrome targets.
Kodachrome slides have a special emulsion that react in a certain way to scanner light sources causing a blue cast.
A special target (and Scan mode) is required to compensate this.

We offer two qualities of targets.
Our normal targets are already of very high quality.
Our hand measured targets are individually controlled and offer the highest quality.

Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.

From the research I've done, it seems a calibration target isn't required if primarily scanning negatives.

Yes you are right.
Sorry I forgot to mention that.
