I have recently updated to SilverFast 8.2 Version 8.2.0r3 Build-Nummer: 13694. Not sure if this is related to the update, but I just realised that each scan I do gets the same date and midnight (00:00) set in EXIF. The only thing I remember is I opened the IPTC dialogue once and there is a date set, which I cannot remove. I can change it. But each scan now gets that date. Is there any way to reset this and get the scan data/time set in EXIF? I am using Aperture to manage the files and Aperture on import seems to read the EXIF date with higher priority than the file date. My import filters use the file date for renaming, so my workflow is broken. I have used the workflow previously and it worked.
Thanks for suggestions!
Pete
Note: I am running on OS X 10.9.5

Hi Arne,
Thanks for confirmation. FYI, I have worked around the issue by deleting the folder
in the user's library and not touching the IPTC dialogue. Of course, I lost a couple of settings...
Best regards,
Peter
