LaserSoft watermarks on scanned images

After registering Silverfast Ai Studio 8 and then scanning four transparencies, I found the Lasersoft Imaging watermark on two of the four scanned slides after opening them in Photoshop. The transparencies were scanned as a group. Not sure how to prevent this. This also happened with the demo version I tried before making the purchase.
