LaserSoft Imaging

I am running SilverFast 8.0.1r46 on OSX 10.9.2. Despite many attempts to figure this out, including reading documentation etc., I can not figure out how to turn off iSRD. I want to experiment with it both on and off and I can not figure out how to turn it off. I must be missing something rather obvious. Can anyone comment?

Dear customer,

You can deactivate a tool either by closing the dialog (using the [x] button in the tool's dialog) or by unchecking the checkmark next to that (if you want to keep the dialog open).


You will see that the red dot in the tool icon disappears.
