Image Data Error

Brand new scanner and SF Ai Studio 8. I get repeatedly an error message: Header: PF7250PRO_x64 Message: Image Data Error 1 (DRAM issue). The PC just gets stuck; after PC restart and initiating the next scan: I get the same message. Please help, where do I go wrong

Sehr geehrter Kunde,
Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass Sie die neuste SilverFast Version und die neuste Firmware verwenden.
Es kann sich hierbei, aber auch um einen Speicherfehler handeln.
Prüfen Sie Ihren Arbeitsspeicher bitte einmal.
z.B. mit Memtest86+
Bei weiteren Schwierigkeiten überweise ich Ihre Anfrage in unser Supportsystem.

Sehr geehrter Mitarbeiter,
Die neuste SilverFast Version und die neuste Firmware wird verwended.
Speicher habe ich überprüft mit 'Windows memory Test'; ist ok.

The problem was caused by starting a new scan without proper closing the scan on hand. Hence: I follow the proper steps close one session before starting the next one.

I keep on having problems with SF Ai Studio (with Reflecta Scanner RPS7200). With or without Workflowpilot, just after the pre scan has started, I get 2 x Messages PF7250PRO3_x64: Image Data Error 1 (DRAM Issue) and SF get stuck, I am unable to shutdown SF in the normal way.
Hence, I go to Windows Taskmanager, to Processes and END SF; next to applications and close PF7250PRO3_64. I start up SF again and get stuck again and again. My only way out now is restart my computer. After restart my PC, SF repeats its errors. Tha scanner has become unusable.
I think the latest scan hasn’t been closed properly, but I have no idea how to reset that.
I have installed the latest update for SF Ai Studio this morning: 8.0.1r44.

We are already in contract with the manufacturer about this issue and have already gotten a test driver which is supposed to fix this.
