LaserSoft Imaging

I have several Kodak color negatives form the early and mid 1980's. I don't know the film type, but on the edge of the negatives is "Kodak CA 100 5095". As well, I have B&W Kodak negatives from the 1970's marked "Kodak Safety Film 5062", or "5063", and "Plus X Pan Film". Which NegaFix settings will give me the best match for these types?

Well, I was hoping you had found out something by now. I also have some of the older negatives and my says Koday CP 5094. I have searched all over but nothing. Have you heard from anyone not on this forum yet on a film type file for these older negatives ?

Unfortunately I haven't received any suggestions for settings for these films. I have had reasonably good results with the B&W negatives by setting the film vendor and brand to "Other" and type to Monochrome. However, I usually have to set the exposure and contrast fairly high, so I don't think I'm getting the best results.

The older color film (probably Kodacolor) seems to work with the Kodak Royal Gold setting but again, you have to fiddle with the other settings. Hopefully, some kind soul will come up with some helpful NegaFix profiles.

They're both Kodacolor, which is not a category in 'Film type'
