I have the following Silverfast versions:

HDR 5.5.2r12
Nikon 4000 ED 5.5.2r20
Linotype Saphit Ultra II 5.5.2r02

Nikon now has the highest revision number,
but still the old Negafix values.

In HDR Kodak Gold 100 reads 100-6 and gives exellent results.
In Nikon Kodak Gold 100 reads 100 and gives poor results.

What can I do to benefit from the new Negafix values in the Nikon and Linotype plugin?

Peter

SilverFast Ai and SilverFast HDR with NegaFix

In case some of the profiles in SilverFast Ai do not give perfect results, it would be an alternative to scan into raw data (48bit tif) and open the file in SilverFast HDR.
Then select the appropriate NegFix profile in HDR.

Please drop us a message if the results are better in HDR.

Please also download the latest SilverFast Nikon and try Negative Direct.

Dear President-LSI

as I allready wrote, the Image Quality in HDR is better. My problem is to get the same (good) Negafix profiles in the Nikon and Linotype plugins.

sincerly
