Ektacolor Pro 160

I recently upgraded to silverfast V6.6.1 and I expected this new version to come with the NegaFix profile for the Ektacolor Pro 160. But that wasn't the case. I just read from some other forum that the film is apparently not marketed in the states, only in other parts of the world such as Asia where I am. That makes me think there will probably be no Ektacolor profile ever then.

I believe it is the equivalent of the Portra 160NC. Could you please confirm that this is the closest profile I can use from the list in Negafix. As it seems to be the standard for 120 colour negative in the region now, it would be important to know the best option.

thanks

Dear wampoama,

The film emulsion in question is not supported by SilverFast, see list of supported film emulsions at: http://www.silverfast.com/show/negafixprofiles/en.html

I can not really tell if they are the same or even the closest because we do not have a target that belongs to this emulsion. I believe in this case Kodak would be more appropriate to answer this question.

Please use the following links to aid yourself create an appropriate NegaFix profile for the missing emulsions:
