Best procedure to scan Rollei CN200 digibase

Digibase is a negative film without orange mask produced by Rollei. I thought the best way to scan those negatives was selecting Positive and invert later in Photoshop, but this is slow and not always give the best results. It seems that the transparent mask is not totally neutral. How should I configure Negafix to get best and consistent results for fastest scans ? Do you plan to bring a new profile for this film?

Dear fatuarte,

You will find further details on how to operate the expert NegaFix dialog at:

http://www.silverfast.com/show/negafix/en.html

Alternatively you can downlod the following PDF document:

http://www.silverfast.com/download/docs ... Fix-en.pdf

For the related movies please check:

http://www.silverfast.com/download/movi ... -08-09.mov

http://www.silverfast.com/download/movi ... -05-13.mov

You will be able to create your own profile and curves for the CN200 digibase.

It is not planned to create and bring a new profile for this film type, the reason is that there is no target for this film type available yet.

Thank you very much for your interest

Have a nice day
