LaserSoft Imaging

I'm using the Fuji Press-Pack (20 film rolls inside) for Professionals 400, CH-135-36 and the Press-Pack for Professionals 800, CZ 135-36

What are the special negativ-profiles in Version 5.5. for this kind of film?

I sent this question several times via E-Mail to the german support. Why I don't get an answer?
