I am using Negafix with Silverfast SE and the PrimeFilm 1800u scanner. What does the 'Auto' checkbox do?
If you are asking about the Auto checkbox in the NegaFix expert settings panel, you'll notice that it is unchecked when you modify the Highlight or Shadow points, and Colors. Clicking on it again will undo any manual settings you've made and revert back to NegaFix's automatic optimization.
